bradley27
In the case of deactivating or even removing a region (E.G FTX NCA) how would i go about doing that? Im curious to see if there are differences to be had without it using Flightbeam KSFO
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, for a quick check you can just deactivate the four FTX_NA_NCA entries in the scenery library. That will deactivate all NCA elements except for the airport elevation adjustment files in \Scenery\World\scenery (so some airports will look odd on the ground). Of course, the other option is to switch FTX Central to Global without setting the hybrid checkbox, which will deactivate all regions but leaves Global Base, Vector, openLC, as well as any Orbx add-on airports active. bradley27
Or run the Vector Airport Elevations corrector after deactivating NCA in FSX?
Holger Sandmann
Hi Bradley, if you want to more permanently deactivate NCA then you'd need to manually move all "ADE_FTX_NCA_{ICAO}_elevation_adjustment.BGL" files from Scenery\World\scenery into a backup folder and then run the Vector AEC utility.
