Florian Venus
Hi Guys, I recently purchased FTX NA Northern California. Somehow my water appears as land though (see screenshot below). I noticed that everything works just fine once I disable FTX_NA_NCA05_CVX in my scenery database. Any suggestions on this?Best regards Florian
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, first thing to try is start FTX Central v2 and switch once between Global and North America, pressing Apply each time. If your terrain.cfg file is somehow missing the required custom entries then this process should restore them. Also, do you have any other add-ons above the Orbx FTX block in your scenery library menu that might include landscape components for the SF Bay area? Florian Venus
Tried that with no effect. I also reinstalled the current orbx library with no effect. No other sceneries activated except FlightBeam San Francisco HD.

Nick Cooper
What happens if you disable FlightBeam San Francisco HD?
Florian Venus
Still the same issue, disabling KSFO has no effect.
Holger Sandmann
Hi Florian, odd that. Are you using the Steam version of FSX? Is the issue limited to the SF Bay area or do you not see any lakes or oceans within the NCA coverage area? If you load the terrain.cfg file, located in the main FSX folder, into Notepad or Wordpad, does searching for "FTX_PNW_LandWaterMask_Water_Ocean" give a result?
