Prior to installing Global Vector made sure Microsoft Net Frame Work version 4.5.2 was up dated and installation was correct thru Administrative Tools/Services.

When installing Global Vector version 120 zip folder did not ask for Purchase order number, Date or Key information not sure why? Think this is why getting a error after installing Vector Global and when opening FTX Vector Configuration tool. The path is correct. Global Vector interface indicated a correct installation.

D:/Programs/FSX/Orbx/FTX_OLC,FTX_Vector/Scripts/User Documents

Error Unhandeled exception has occurred in your application. Could not find a part of the path

D:\Programs\FSX\ORBX\FTX_Vecotr\FTX_Vector_AEC\scenery

What is the best method to repair the error? Un install Vector Global or clean install of FSX? If Global Vector needs to be un installed what is the best method?

Thank You

Larry

Hello,

Can you tell me where you downloaded the installer from please?

It should have been from your FSS account and when you unzipped and ran the

installer it should have asked for your order number etc.

The only time it wouldn't is if you had already installed the product.

Nick down loaded from Flight Sim store/My Account/Down Loads. Just finished doing a clean install of the O.S.. Have three Global Vector folders saved. 1 folder version 120.2 was a back up from the previous in stall of FSX. 2nd Folder Named Version 1.15. Got the folders mixed up, "Ooooops". Should have installed version 1.15 original down load in the second folder. Did the uninstall following uninstall guide posted in theses forums. Nothing listed in FSX Scenery for Global Vector. Launched FSX booted the system, Installed version 1.15 asked for the documentation. Closed FSX booted the system. FSX built the required scenery for Global Vector it is working properly and the folders in the correct locations.

"Appreciate your fast reply and time."

Thank You

Larry
