Autogen on airports

Hi Folks

What have I done wrong?  The following are some pics of CDG (perspective is messed up from being zoomed right out), with trees and buildings where they shouldn't be.  FTX Central is set to Global, no hybrid.  I check airports outside of OpenLC, and don't have this issue.  I've run the Vector AEC.  I've also had it at Liege and Budapest.  I don't remember having it at smaller airfields.

Other than a few airports by others, all installed scenery is Orbx (Vector, Global and openLC in the above pics), with Pilots mesh.

Thanks

Mike

Hi Nick

Do I need to move them down a bit and reorder numerically?:

Scenerylibrary1.jpg

In the FTX Vector folder I have:

ABP_LFPG.inactive

AEC_LFPG.inactive

APT_LFPG.inactive

All of my non-Orbx airports in Europe are default. That being said, I do use MyTraffic 5.4b for my AI and that does have a lot of its own BGL files for airports, including EBBR, LFPG & LHBP. Where I have an add on airport such as KIAD or KPHX I change those BGLs to BAKs to avoid potential clashes. I haven't done that throughout Europe.

Another thing (which may be a red herring) is that my autogen takes a long time to load when loading a flight.

Suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Mike

Hello Mike,

Do I take it that there is no ABP_LFPG_Default.bgl file?

If not, this is the cause of your problem and the solution

is to download Vector again from your FSS account,

delete the entire FTX_VECTOR folder and then re-install.

All sorted. There was no fourth airport file, so I downloaded and installed Vector again. Thanks for your assistance. One happy camper. Now I can finally enjoy OpenLC in all its glory.

Cheers

Mike
