  1. This dip in the runway needs correcting. A comment from a Dev would be reassuring considering the long period of silence.
  2. Thanks for the replies. @FlyingFella I managed to find a plate on an old version of Jeppesen FD dated 13/5/2016 effective 26/5/2016 and there are large differences compared to that one as well. It appears that they've added gates that don't exist and removed gates that are currently there now. It's a bit of a mess really. @Jon Clarke For the reasons stated it would seem that this airport has been mis-represented on the Orbx Central site. This quotes a "brand new version for x-plane 11" and "updated taxiways and parking positions" I appreciate this is an Aerosoft product and I will be posting about it on their forum but I don't think that relieves Orbx from it's responsibility to check that those marketing statements are correct at point of sale. I'd appreciate your comments.
  3. Hi. I recently purchased Zurich LSZH which was automatically installed by Orbx Central into my xPlane Custom scenery folder. @Jon Clarke would you kindly check my scenery pack.ini file as my parking gates don't appear to bear any resemblance to my Navigraph plate. I'm wondering whether I've got 2 sceneries superimposed on top of each other. I've run it through xOrganizer but still the same. It's release date was 1st September 2021 so it should match the October Navigraph airport plate. Many thanks .... Don.scenery_packs.ini
  4. Many thanks for looking at this @Jon Clarke & @Doug Sawatzky. I'm not in the habit of complaining and I appreciate that it's not practical to scrupulously inspect every piece of scenery sold through the Orbx site. I think it's because the quality of scenery that you produce and promote is normally of such a high quality that this one disappointed. I think we'll just put this one down to experience but at least anyone looking to purchase this product may come across this post and make their own minds up based on the pictures that we have submitted as to whether it suits their purpose.
  5. I purchased it through Orbx Central because I trust that anything you sell on your site will have been assessed and deemed worthy of upholding your reputation for quality scenery etc. I feel that in this instance that quality control has not been met which is disappointing. It's very difficult as a consumer to assess these type of products especially if promotional pictures are taken from some distance as with this airport. I own a large number of Orbx products because I appreciate that anything you sell through your site has been assessed and released as a quality product. That's why I purchase from yourselves and not directly from the developer. Sadly I think this one has slipped the net!
  6. Hi. I've just purchased the above scenery and disappointed with the graphical representation of the tower and other buildings. They're very blurry whilst everything else is sharp. ( Exactly the same with OpenGL & Vulkan ) and I've also tried on a clean copy of xplane with no addons. Surely the developer didn't think that this was acceptable for a payware airport? I'd appreciate it if you would confirm my findings as in my opinion it doesn't reflect the usual quality of Orbx ( or partner ) products.
  7. Got it sorted now Jon. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The problem was the positioning of the "DD_Z_Moscow_City_XP" file that is installed along with the UUEE airport. It wasn't being recognised properly by a certain program and it was incorrectly positioning it at the bottom with the meshes. I've now forced it to a position directly underneath Global Airports and it's depicting the airfield perfectly now. Orbx Central actually installed it correctly initially but once it was moved to the bottom of the .ini file the problem became apparent. Thanks again ....... Don.
  8. Hi @Jon Clarke I made a new custom scenery folder as you advised but the problem was still there. However I then uninstalled UUEE and turned off the PC, then re-installed & it's working fine now. My question now is, what do I do next ? How can I get it to work in my original Custom scenery folder with all my other addon airports etc. Appreciate your help Jon, it's a strange one indeed! ...... Don.
  9. @Jon Clarke Can I download the package without Orbx Central installing it so that I can see if it includes MAC files? Hopefully it will include an .exe file so that I can install it myself.
  10. Hi @Jon Clarke There are no instructions in the 4 page manual. Orbx Central installed everything so even if I needed the Mac files how can I access them if the product was purchased through Orbx? Cheers .... Don.
  11. Thanks @Jon Clarke I've found the attached page on their forum that implies some Mac files have to be substituted but I haven't a clue what they're talking about. I've removed SFD Global but that didn't make any difference. I installed the airport via Orbx Central so don't have access to those Mac files anyway. I agree that 2 airports are being merged together but I've tried everything including your suggestions with no success. Any other ideas? Many thanks ....... Don.
  12. Hi. I've purchased Moscow UUEE but noticed that the runway centreline lights are not aligned with the centreline markings. Also taxiway signs are in the middle of runway exit turnoff points. ( Rwy 24L A4 turnoff ) I can't imagine they've allowed the product to be released with these errors so more likely something wrong at my end. Appreciate it if you could look at the attached Screenshots, Log & scenery ini and advise. Many thanks ...... Log.txt scenery_packs.ini
