HI Jose,
As you can tell, I actually like a bright sim. Go figure! I agree with you that the EA water is not my favorite. For me it is too dark...even in a bright sim! Have fun!

Hallo, Stephan!
See below for two pics of KOPF and two pics of KTMB. These shots were taken using P3Dv5 plus TrueEarth US Florida which is quite beautiful to fly over. Both airports are significantly improved from default. I would call them Orbx light. No animations that I saw. I have also flown into KTPF and KTPA. Those airports were also done in similar quality. Hope this helps.

Hi Carlos,
Orbx Direct does not check to see what sim products you have installed. If it did, it would kind of negate the option of buying a product as a gift for someone else. I have also seen several examples where users actually ordered an Orbx product for a sim they did not have and then had to request an exchange.

I am a bit confused. Is it possible that the current pic does not match the subject of the thread? The thread is around Orbx airports. It is my understanding that the pic needs to relate to an Orbx created airport. If the only Orbx component is OpenLC then this has become a game of guess which one of the 20,000 North American airports/airfields is in this picture.

Attached is my list of many of the Castles, Forts and Bldg POIs custom modeled by Orbx in TE GB South. This list does not include all of the modeled POIs (e.g. stadiums etc.). I have, however, visually inspected most of the models on the list using P3Dv4. I am pretty sure XP11 has all of these plus a few more.

After having tested several, I can say from experience that there is no guarantee that a POI request in those POI request and photo submission topics (even if an OK was given) will appear in the associated TE product when it is released.

Go Sascha and team! Two beautiful states hopefully coming later this month!!! P3D is catching up to XP11 in TrueEarth releases slowly but surely as JV promised. Now with P3Dv5, we have extra frame rates to soon enjoy the beauty of the U.S. Northwest in TrueEarth style!

Hi Kevin,
The shot at 2:53 in the video is Liverpool looking west. See below for a similar pic I took from my sim at about 8500 feet overcast at 10,000 with a 10 mile visibility. The video at this point in the film looks a lot greener than my pic.

I too notice a lot more response to screenshots than videos. I love the videos so don't know why that is. I believe the author of the TEGB Central & North P3Dv4 official video is in the bottom right hand corner of the opening screen with a link to other of his videos as well as a subscription option. I was just flying in TEGB Central P3Dv4 and I find it even nicer than TEGB South ....love the Liverpool area.
I am definitely looking forward to your video of Central.

Thanks for that info. I now understand. Cleary, Andreas was refering to the fact that he was modeling the same cemetery look that P3D 1S2 had which was the cemetery building next to the faint terrain images of stone markers. The new version of 1S2 for MFS2020 has that exact look. I did not understand that Rob de Vries' request actually meant something more than what P3D 1S2 had. Rob de Vries was apparently asking for an enhancement to the original which would have put stone markers in the grass. I am sure Andreas' response did not mean to indicate that he was going to put headstones in the grass. So, all is good.
