I recently ran the repair function of FSX and am wondering do I now need to reinstall any of my existing FTX products because of this repair. I have Base Global, Vector, Europe LC along with various Regions and payware airports installed. Thanks for your help. kiwi stu Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 Scarey stuff using the FSX repair function. I've tried it twice..and it ended in tears twice..with me having to do a complete reinstall both times. I couldn't even open FSX after I tried it. So if you can actually open your sim there is probably hope. If you are not seeing all your FTX stuff though..I think you will have problems. spud Posted June 5, 2015 Share Posted June 5, 2015 Philip, When you run the FSX Repair function it re-installs all the old Default scenery textures that FTX Global Base replaced. After running FSX Repair your going to have to re-install FTX Global Base all over again to have the improved scenery textures show again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
