Rob Newman Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 That's normal... full builds (updated installers) are only created when it makes sense to do so; usually following a major update or after several patches or service packs. Full builds are very large files and while many of us have the privilege of downloading large files quickly and with little penalty, many more have strict data limits and slower connections... so having a seperate, smaller service pack file is ideal.
