pitss2b Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 I downloaded it with Get Right After the wrapper screen, starts to install it just disappears. all my other add ons work fine any suggestions because I really don't want to install fsx again at this point all the activations from all the add ons would just be ridiculous. im ready to say goodbye and go to xplane at this point. thanks FTX for taking my money and not providing any support at all. The cause of your problem could be inadequate free disk space available to the installer, how much do you have on your C drive and your FSX drive, if it's not the same? Is that a special type of help for first-time posters on our forums who can't ask for technical support in a reasonable manner? Let's reboot and try this again ... How much free HD space do you have on the target drive? When you say "all your other addons work fine" are you referring to Orbx addons? Why are you rushing to reinstall FSX because of one failing addon installer. That's a bit hasty don't you think? If you work with us and provide answers to support staff, usually we get to the bottom of problems and resolve them. But rushing in fist pounding and screaming foul is probably not the best way to get the result you are looking for. Oh, and we don't do refunds sorry.
