Jon Green
Just bought and installed CNK4 Parry Sound but I have no water in Robert's Lake! I have Global but not Vector but I understand neither of these is essential. Can any one help please? Thank you. Orbx Flyer
Just for a test, try cycling through all the seasons...starting with SUMMER...and see where that gets you, regarding water showing in the mask of Robert's Lake
John Dow
Hi Jon On the product page and the FSS page are disclaimers such as: Please note that the screenshots presented on this page and in the product previews all feature FTX Global Vector. Due to the lack of default vector data in the area, it is recommended that FTX Global Vector is installed to experience CNK4 as it was designed. If you only have Global then you will only have the original Microsoft vector data, which didn't include the lake. I believe the 'lite' price point for the airport was based partly on that fact. Vlad Maly
Microsoft in default FSX unfortunately didn't place ANY lakes and for that matter practically no roads in Ontario...
Jon Green
I agree the price is competitive but I specifically bought this for some seaplane adventures! The disclaimers do not say that Vector is essential for the lake to function. I think it only fair that you make it quite clear that without Vector then Roberts Lake will not function. I am a huge Orbx fan but feel a little let down on this one. JON
