sidfadc Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 Hi, I believe its correct that you need to have the correct region installed before downloading a new airport for said region? So for example I don't have any North America regions. If I downloaded a freeware North America airport this doesn't work without the applicable region installed? If so does this mean I am allowed to download the airport, install it and everything but when I fly from that airport it won't be any different if I don't have the applicable region installed? Nick Cooper Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 The airports are free and you can download the FTX library free also. This will make the airports work. Clearly, when you leave the airport you will be back in default scenery and they may also look less integrated than they do with FTX products around them.
