Rob Ainscough
I learned much, and enjoyed much. Couple of things I need to change in my GoFlight gear/mappings. Happy to report I had enough remaining VAS after landing at Aerosoft's Tromso that I could fire up FSDT GSX for ground services. Apparently Sonderborg can accommodate A3xx (real world) but I couldn't find any "scheduled" flights. All settings, hardware specs, flight info, and 3rd party usage are in the video description (and in the video itself). >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iN9LR_K1xjo Cheers, Rob. RTK1972
Glad to see you in Europe, Rob ) nice video and special nice plane. You should look for the "Fanhansa" a321. Lovely painting. And strobe lights only on during flight and when on the runway ;-) Cheers from germany, carsten
wega
Hi Robert, Thank you for sharing this video. Its like watching a PilotsEye episode May I ask you about the Rex Soft Clouds? Is it realy worth to install them? In your video I saw no reason as the clouds look like the other Rex HD clouds.
Rob Ainscough
But the strobe's look great at gate/taxi ... noted. I was using FSGRW in this video with setting at 100% realistic which means the clouds are less cumulus (developer's interpretation). If I change the dial to 60% realism there are more cumulus. ASN and OpusFSI will tend to do more cumulus. In P3D the soft clouds do look better to me. Here is a video I made while testing LM's new cloud fix ... skip to the 4:00 min mark https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnXnbj5QpkY Cheers, Rob.
