I see four of the five sections just above all the base files in the scenery library but Vector AEC is down at the bottom of the scenery List and greyed out. Is this correct? Just go somewhere where you know the coastline is not realistic, ie straight lines and sharp deflections or visit a lake that used to be square, you'll soon see the difference.
