VFR plan (landing each AF) Injinoo (YBAM) 27 nm @ 336 -> Horn Island (YHID) 31 nm @ 345 -> Badu Island (YBAU) 44 nm @ 095 -> Warraber Island (YWBS) 20 nm @ 057 -> Coconut Island (YCCT) 23 nm @ 297 -> Yam Island (YYMI) 37 nm @ 344 -> Saibai Island (YSII) 30 nm @ 290 -> Boigu (YBOI) 01. Leaving continental Australia 02. Heading 336 03. Looks like wetland 04. Approaching YHID 05. Done visiting YHID, aiming for Badu Island 06. Some low flying on the way 07. Flying over a small village near another AF close to Badu 08. About to land YBAU 09. Taking off again, now heading east to Warraber Island 10. Just enjoying the DC-2 11. Nice little island 12. Warraber in sight 13. Landing is imminent 14. After Warraber the target is Coconut Island, checking a light house near the route first 15. Looks kinda small... Well... 16. But not small enough to prevent my DC-2 from having a visit 17. Yam Island should be at 297... 18. Surprisingly (or not) - it was. On it. 19. Here we go again, a bit longer leg to Saibai 20. Closing Saibai airport. Papua New Guinea is very close to the right. 21. Saibai was fun, but I must go on before it gets darks. Just took-off for the final destination. 22. Nice sunset colors. 23.
