Tenpin
Small thing but it looks to me like the we need some painters at these two locations.
Phil Manhart
Hey Tenpin, In keeping with "As Real As It Gets" I'm pretty sure this is the area you are at. There's no markings at the real KPSP.
Tenpin
Thank Phil, you are right. Figured a heli landing areas should have the outline but it looks like the Palm Springs pilots just do not want one. :
Jarrad Marshall
G'day Tenpin, Nice find! Phil is correct - there aren't any marked helicopter spots at KPSP, so we added a couple of "invisible" entries into the APX at suitable locations to enable you to start up with helicopter. If you want to add an extra bit of authenticity to your helicopter flying, I noticed that one operator runs heli tours from a temporary location at the Air Museum apron during weekend. Cheers, Jarrad
Tenpin
Thanks Jarrad. Will head over to the Air Museum. Really like that tramway run. Thanks to the team for building this area.
