jj327
I have noticed some strange textures near the London area around Windsor Castle. They look like textures made up of shipping containers.
Meerkat
This is texture "062b2summer" from scenery\world\texture. It looks like some landclass polygon where should originally be visible a golf course or a park (texture series 134 or 135)? Did you set FTX central to Europe? If it does not cure the problem, try to find out if you have some addon scenery active there. Maybe the scenery author mixed up some LC or your FTX global installation is corrupt? jj327
Even though I do have FTX England, I do not have it activated - I have FTX central set to Global. I wanted to compare the differences between the two, and that is when I discovered these textures. Update: Last night I purchased and installed FTX Vector and the shipping container textures disappeared (replaced by a golf course or park texture). However, if I deactivate Vector in the scenery library, the shipping container textures reappear. Additionally: If I deactivate OpenLC in the scenery library, the proper textures appear. If I activate the FTX England region in FTX central, the proper textures appear. Anyone else have these textures at Windsor with just OpenLC active? Nick Cooper
I think what you are seeing is normal behaviour. May I refer you to pages 11 to 14 of the OpenLC Europe User Guide, where the various options are explained.
