After unwrapping and doing its backup, as it goes to install a dialogue box appears asking for Disk 1. Is my download corrupt? Any help would be appriciated. spud Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 Brett, Global 1.3 is what is called a spanned zip file and to use it you must unzip all files into one location. There are9 files with names: OrbxFTXGlobal130.x with x being a number from 2-10. One OrbxFTXGlobalBASE.exe. All of these file must be in the same location or folder. The text file is not used for installation but does remind you that .NET Framework 4.0 must be installed on your system and to set FTX Central to Default (Global) if you have a previous version installed. The .exe file, when run will use the other 9 files in order during install but they must be in the same location as the .exe file to everything to work correctly.
