tonyc1946
I have a problem with UK 2000 Manchester scenery losing jetways. They suggest I try turning off FTX to see if that is the problem. I am sure this is a stupid question but how do I turn it off. I tried looking on my FTX central but I can't see a way to turn off FTX.
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, switching FTX Central to Global without the Hybrid Mode checkbox will deactivate all FTX region and airport entries. I'm pretty sure the ENG team adjusted the object excludes to allow for the display of moving jetways. Make sure you have ENG updated to the latest service pack if you didn't use the new triple installer. Cheers, Holger
tonyc1946
Thanks Holger It doesn't seem to make any difference to the problem and I only bought FTX a couple of months ago so as the last update was last summer I think it must include the latest update? Holger Sandmann
Me again, have you checked that your scenery complexity slider is full right? It has to be for dynamic jetways to show. The current ENG is v1.3; if you look in FTX Central's Tools > Reports option it should be listed as FTX EU ENG England 1.30.
