5055100597
When I run the installer, it wants to install the scenery into the C:\ drive under Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X, however my system has a hard drive dedicated for FSX, which is a W:\ drive, but I don't have the option in the installer to direct it there. What do I do?
Rob Newman
Did you install FSX initially to the W: drive, or was it moved there later? The reason I ask is because FSX stores it's original install location in the system registry and many FSX addons retrieve this information from the registry in order to match locations. It looks like your registry is telling the PNW installer that FSX is located in its default location. You could try searching for the "flight1 registry fix" on Google... This will bring up results for a small application that allows you to tell the registry just where your actual FSX folder truly is and adjust the registry to match. Hopefully that will fix it for you
