FabioMagnoni
Hello, I just purchased the EU England scenario, it says to be compatible with P3D, but when I try to install, says I don't have P3D Installed. Any other ORBX Scenario I have shows FSX/P3D/P3D2 and this one, don't... this might be the problem? How should I fix this issue? or get reimburse in case it's not support even if it says P3D.Thanks in advance Fábio
WilliamJSS
I have been told that the P3Dv2 installer is about to be released, so just sit on it for a bit. I am in the same boat, only I have owned it for a year. Waiting now also. Someone in another thread said that FSS support told them it will be tomorrow. I can't wait also, but it will be worth it. Wouldn't try to get a refund, as Orbx said already that they will be updating just about everything.
FabioMagnoni
Sounds like a great news! Thanks!
FabioMagnoni
Thanks @WilliamJSS for your answer, but I'm very disappointed with ORBX to don't give an answer and we can't contact them directly for support. By the end I paid them for the product and support... ORBX, if you don't give a shit for your customers in the forum (which you point us!), at least give a email to contact!!! Jack the Swede in Spain
Sorry FabioMagnoni that you have to use this tone! If you had bothered to look here http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/80158-ftx-eu-england-triple-installer-now-available/ you would have seen that EU England was released 5 days ago, the very day you purchased it!!!
