cpspok Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 Ok so i got 2 hard drives in my system everytime i try to install a addon it puts all the temp files in the c drive and i dont want that to happen as im not installing it there even when i select the E drive for my install it still puts the temp files into the C drive anyone know a way to stop this as im running low on room on that drive due to this issue. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nick Cooper Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 You can empty your temp folder and clean up all other redundant files by right clicking on C: in Windows File Explorer, select Properties and then Disc Clean Up. Make sure you scroll right down to the bottom of the list and if you wish, you can also select Clean Up System Files. If you have never done this, you will free up a huge amount of space. If you have and still don't have enough C: drive space to accommodate a few temp files, I would suggest that it is time to reassess the size or content of the drive.
