jankees
..as I couldn't get off the ground in this thing without scalping a few trees... Just taxiing around was a nightmare, who makes all these taxiways and runways so narrow??? no worries, I still love that field..

John York
Yes it must be difficult on narrow runways weaving from side to side so you can see while taxiing. Still, it adds to the excitement I expect Jankees and this didn't look as if you did too badly. At least you got it there! John
jankees
So, I tried again.. If you make her as light as possible, just the main tank, and you use 20 degrees flaps and 52 on the manifold pressure, and you start in front of the runway, on the grass, you can actually make it....without hitting any trees! Now I have to land...next project...
