Alex Goff Posted March 2, 2014 Share Posted March 2, 2014 The model in NCA is the original FSX model, not a custom job from Orbx. The reason being that creating a custom model would only marginally add to the region and take time to build and texture an entire Island as a 3D model. There is a far superior free offering from Aerosoft that fulfills the task with 100% accuracy and so it made sense to include Alcatraz repositioned using the original model while recommending Aerosoft's Alcatraz and other San Francisco offerings.
