NoLonger
Whenever I untick the option, it is ticked on again when I click on apply. I tried to switch between FTX Global and FTX NA (I don't have any other regions installed) but it doesn't help: vector lights stay on all the time. Anyone to force those light to go off? Maybe by removing/renaming a file...?
zumthor
Hi! I have this same issue, I'm using Prepar3d V2.1. Would like to try this scenery without vector lights because when I switch them off in FTX Global, I get better fps and less stutters in urban areas. Holger Sandmann
Hi guys, see http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/73728-cant-disable-vector-road-lights-for-na/?p=677127 There are no separate bgl files involved. Rather, the lights are linked as vector autogen to the road vectors. You can temporarily deactive the lights by searching your terrain.cfg file for the six "ORBX FTX-PNW Road [...] Streetlights" entries and replacing the Density=100 line with Density=0. However, I'm pretty sure those edits will be reversed each time you run FTX Central. Cheers, Holger
Cpt. Oveur
Hey Holger!Well that's confusing... The topic starter asked for NCA and you're talking about settings for PNW ?? So, is there really no way to turn them off completely for Northern California? Thanks for your help!
