I first noticed it after installing Ireland and Northern Ireland... and have experienced it in England and in the Orbx area of Oregon/PNW. As I hover with a helicopter, say, the texture tiles below me randomly change... to land, water, trees, etc. I highly doubt that this is an "Orbx" issue per se...
