Dusterman
I use a Plantronics Audio510 headset It has good stereo sound and decent isolation of external noises. Volume control is stepped, not continuous, as it is a USB headset. It is an older model, Plantronics may have a newer model. Head confort is user specific but it is very comfortable for me and doesn't put too much pressure on my ears.
Ken Terry
Here you go - Corsair, great either wired or wireless. http://www.centrecom.com.au/corsair-vengeance-2000-wireless-71-gaming-headset?gclid=CO3Fi9OcrLsCFQ5BpgodFBAAfw Got one myself - all good. jpreou
Ooh, I like that one. I've been thinking of wireless but the TrackIR isn't wireless and nor do they have any plans to make it so. I have seen some instructions online about modding it with a battery pack, but I am reluctant to do that. I haven't yet noticed any headsets with ANR? I also prefer standard audio jacks rather than USB; mostly because I already have two powered USB hubs; I'm so glad that 'they' developed USB to reduce cable clutter! ... and the new non-backward-compatible USB plug is just around the corner too... jpreou
I like the Sennheiser ones. They make proper aviation headsets too which I know are good.
Todd Harrell
David Clark. I know what you're thinking. But since I bought it for real world flying, I just bought a USB adapter to use for Pilot Edge. I love it. Todd
