Upon receiving the two messages telling of my CC being charged I immediatly informed FSS support. Got a message from Jae proposing me to convert the second buy in another product. I accepted. Then a second message telling me he couldn't anything, my order was in limbo and only Adrian could do somethng; Since then nothing, even no reply to new messages requesting an update. Nothing. It seems in both occasions you may not have completed the order process all the way back to our website. So the transactions were processed but the order was not recorded into the store.
