Not happy with FlightSimStore !

Two days ago I made a mistake to order twice YBAS due to some lag. Upon receiving the two messages telling of my CC being charged I immediatly informed  FSS support. Got a message from Jae proposing me to convert the second buy in another product. I accepted.  Then a second message telling me he couldn't anything, my order was in limbo and only Adrian could do somethng; Since then nothing, even no reply to new messages requesting an update.  Nothing. So disappointing ! I wonder whether I have to cancel the whole thing with VISA ?

Yes, it is because your order is nowhere to be found, that is why I cannot do anything. Certain store function can only be done by Adrian and goes beyond Level 1 support, which is me


There was a massive sale on and we have been bombarded by tickets and they are being worked through steadily
