NoLonger Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 I was just wondering about the following: the new FTXG night lighting system turns itself on and off at the appropriate times. However, DX10 do see black squares also at daytime... does that mean the lights are on during daytime anyway? Or even if they aren't 'on' they seem to be present... and I can imagine that may hinder performance a little...? Just curious. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Since the lights are simple autogen models they don't impact FPS with .fx calls, so if your PC can handle x-dense autogen there's no real impact.
