RESOLVED Problem with FTX AU Gold

Hello,

 

I recently bought the Orbx YBBN Scenery Pack and, as it requires FTX AU Gold, I bought this one too.

 

I installed both of these sceneries as instructed, but now only the airport scenery works and beyond the airport's borders there's just the "normal"

environment-scenery and not the Orbx scenery.

 

Have i done anything wrong?

Is FTX Central set to Australia?

Does FTX scenery appear in the scenery library list?

Are the entries ticked?

Are they above FSX default scenery?

 

My FTX entries in the scenery library are :

 

Ants Airports

FTXAA_Airports

FTXAA_Orbxlibs

FTXAA_YBBN

FTXAU05_Roads

FTXAU25_Scenery

FTXAU26_Shores

FTXAU28_Custom

FSX Defualt Scenery

I set it to Australia in FTX Central so that it is checked with this little green mark.

 

My scenery looks like this:

 

FTXAA_ORBXLIBS
FTXAA_YBBN
FTXAU05_ROADS

FTXAU25_SCENERY

FTXAU26_SHORES

FTXAU28_CUSTOM

FTX_AA_KPDX_CITYSCAPE
AES Basepack

and so on

 

 

But When I am in YBBN only the airport area is from orbx and the sorrounding area isn't.

The FTX entries are there in correct order, so I am at a loss as to why they are not being displayed.

Hi there,

 

thanks for adding order number and screenshots. As far as I can tell from a top-down screenshot at that zoom level everything displays as it should. A simple cross-check is to enter the scenery library menu in flight (slew mode) and deactivate the four FTXAU entries; there should be a very noticeable difference as the default Australia textures and autogen are quite bland.

Oh i thought it didn't work because the river changes it's color outside the YBBN coverage area.
