New YBRM install gone astray

I have just installed YBRM and get near on default scenery around jetty etc. but the Airport is the big issue. It is there while on finals and then semi disappears as you approach.

I have AU 4.002 SP installed and have never had an issue with the 74 ORBX products (inc SPs) I have installed previously. I notice Ticker7 mentioned this affect briefly in his thread - http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/58709-broome-jetties/

Has someone got an idea of what has gone wrong please. In the meantime I will try another download of the installer and try this again.

Cheers Anton.

OK. Case closed. Problem solved. Listing missing from FSX scenery library listing. Added (using the old right click in white space - Win7 bug) and enjoyed yet another flight in beautiful FTX scenery.

Thanks for offering help guys. I've included some screenies of post fix. https://www.dropbox....eq6g/jXcYyZj-3z

Off to fly some more.

Cheers Anton.

I'm not sure if you are out of the woods just yet. You do not appear to have any of the airport buildings and scenery showing in screenshot sixteen. I note from your first post that you have already downloaded and reinstalled so perhaps we need to look for something else.

Can you provide a screenshot of the files in your ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_YBRM\Scenery folder so we can see if all is in order there.

Hi Graham. I think it may be a case that I did not choose good angles to show the Airport. So I have replaced the screenies with a few others that show the buildings. I know broome quite well and am very satisfied the Airport and town has been covered very well, right down to the amazing heritage listed Sun Picture House. Anyway please let me know if it looks ok to you. Anton.

I see Graham is in the "barn/hangar", so i leave it to, The Pros, to solve this matter.

Im sorry for  being a little late to answer you.

Best regards

Henrik

That does indeed look more like it Anton. Good to see you are now sorted.

As a side note, My Son spent some time in Broome and among other things led the Camel train ride along Cable beach. One day he had Julia Gillard on his camel but did not know who she was at the time. He also frequented the open air theatre regularly but said it was impossible to hear the movie whenever an aircraft was landing or taking off due to the close proximity of the runway.

Thanks Graham. Your comments about your son's time in Broome are interesting. I also note that the old 'Streeter and Male' lugger jetty has been accurately portrayed. And Hendrik, #12 is indeed in Broome. If you zoom in you can clearly read 'Sun Pictures' on the front of the building. As I haven't been to Broome in recent years I have no idea if the 'Cairns-o-Five' on top exists or not. Cheers.
