cyberpilot
Just reinstalling FTX regions on my new computer (O/S Vista 64) but having trouble installing Net Framework 3.0. Get a message saying "you must turn Windows features on or off in the control panel to install or configure MS Net Framework 3.0" Looked in the control panel but can't find anything under this name. Could someone steer me in the right direction please. Still trying to get to grips with Vista! Thanks. Frank
Matthew Webb
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928637 By the looks of it, you're trying to install the wrong setup of .NET. Vista should already have 3.0 install. Do a Windows Update of your machine and be sure to select the option to install "Optional Components". This will select and install the correct version of any .NET 3 updates for your setup. Cheers, Matt.

tom
Yes, I'm certain that if you install Vista 64, all those .net things are taken care of. Cheers
Hotspot
I recently installed two 64 bit OS's and from memory I just ignored the net 3 warning and they installed normally - beginner's luck???
