madaboutsims
Just to add my voice to the no doubt 100's of these you get, but it would be great is you guys could be Ellough/Beccles EGSM airfield. Its a great little GA strip, host to a flying school and skydiving school, etc and interesting as its got a half half look to it with the runway one end grass and the other concrete. Though I am told by a friend currently ungoing his PPL that at the moment the grass end has just about turned into a mud bath making flying extra fun! A few images on the rain air page; http://www.rainair.co.uk/index.html Heres a friend of a friend flying his first solo from the airfield, more about the solo naturally but you can see the airport/scenery essence as he fly's by etc;/>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgVg9ySbGcM thanks, Lewis
John Venema
We need three things: 1. Availability of aerial imagery at that location from our suppliers 2. Permission from the airport manager to make an add-on for FSX of their airport 3. Someone to photograph everything at ground level based on our specifications and upload the photos to our servers That goes a long way towards making it happen
madaboutsims
Thanks for the run down of the basics John. No doubt number 3 is the easy one to get out of them all. I know that number 1 can be the royal PITA for the UK in particular.

Dave Meson
Good Vid Lewis, you were less nervous than I was, although that was in 1973, well done and good luck with the rest of your flying career. Cheers, Dave M
