VonClout
Hi All, This might be a heads-up for the EU England developers as my local airport will soon be getting a name change: />http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/10081885.Shoreham_Airport_renamed_for_French_connection/ Us locals have always known it as Shoreham, I wish they wouldn't mess about like this. Ooooh I don't like change (Mods: apologies if this is in the wrong place) Simon ps I can highly recommend the cafe/restaurant at the airport. Lots of yummy cakes to eat while you watch the planes go by.

Jetstream1
Seems a shame to lose the nostalgia of the Shoreham (Brighton City) name. ps I can highly recommend the cafe/restaurant at the airport. Lots of yummy cakes to eat while you watch the planes go by. That I can agree with! Jetstream1

Paul K
Sounds a bit like Marshalls airfield being officially rebranded as Cambridge Airport in the run-up to the Olympics. Strangely enough, it didn't induce people to travel to or from Cambridge anymore than they would have anyway. How odd...could it be...that all these image and marketing gurus are paid squillions for concocting utterly pointless crap ? Surely not...
dhasdell
It's been Shoreham for over a century. And wouldn't Shoreham (Brighton City (Hove, actually)) Airport be better?
