JW Johnson
Hello! I purchased an airport (0S9) from FS Pilot Shop, and it refused to install. Discussions on this forum determined that the disk is defective (see thread on "Jefferson Cty Airport refuses to load"). Unfortunately, in the messages, I mistakenly indicated the vendor as "FSS" rather than "FSPS", so it appears that I have returned to zero and need to begin the discussion AGAIN in order to please the people at FSPS so that I can simply exchange the defective disk for a functioning one. That being the case, could someone please tell me how to initiate the procedure for exchanging my defective disk with FSPS for a functioning one so that I can finally install the airport? Thank you. Holger Sandmann
Hello JW, sorry to hear about your frustrations. Since the issue is with the DVD rather than the product on the disk you'll need to contact the vendor and ask for a replacement: http://www.fspilotshop.com/hesk/knowledgebase.php?article=37 Make sure to copy or link to in your message the previous thread here that diagnosed the disk issue: http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/49654-jefferson-cty-intl-0s9-fails-to-install-corrupt-dvd/ Cheers, Holger
