chumley
Is anyone using this add on with Win 7 64 bit OS? The guidance for this add-on states Win 7 32 supported but I have heard it works Ok in the 64 bit version of win7. Don't want to blow by dough so seeking comments from the forum. Dean (PC Aviator)
Any issues with feelthere jets under Win 7 64-bit tend to be related to the Win 7 security settings. If you have bypassed those appropriately, you should be ok
gandy
they install to win7 x64 with no issues what so ever But yeah any issues installing it would be down to UAC or fsx being in program files x86 folder
Dean (PC Aviator)
Yes, if running FSX on a Windows 7 64-bit system, the best thing you can do to avoid almost all these potential problems is to install FSX to anywhere but the default Program Files (x86) folder it wants to be installed into by default. C:\FSX or D:\FSX or X:\FSX (or whatever) is always a good option for an installation path.
