mhlarsen
How will Murray Island freeware scenery perform and look if installed into default FSX? Will the Orbx library file be necessary to install as well?
Wolter van der Spoel
Hi Michael, which Murray Island scenery are you referring to?
retep49
Wolter, he means the ORBX freeware YMUI Murray Island, and I think for the best view that you need the ORBX Australian scenery. Peter
Alex Goff
Hi Michael, For best results you should install on top of the appropriate Australian region pack. Just using default FSX you'll be missing the custom autogen. You will need the latest Orbx Libraries for all objects to display.
mhlarsen
The problem is that I am currently flying around in PNG with 3rd party landclass and textures for that area, but would also like to fly across the Torres Strait for the islands and northern airstrips of Australia without switching on/off FTX Central. Wiil the Orbz library work without FTX switched on?
retep49
Michael, you can always find that out by doing it. Switch FTX to central and fly to Murray Island and see what happens. Peter
