Mark A Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 Hi all, I took my RA Legacy for another spin around the North Island this afternoon. This time routing NZHS north around the East Cape (my childhood home!) then down to Taupo, across to New Plymouth then across back to NZHS. Two photos of note: This shot shows Lottin Point in the foreground, and looks south along the backbone of the East coast. (Astute observers will notice the insane IAS. Let's just say I may have turbocharged my Legacy. It makes a huge difference to the performance, but I'm not sure if the manufacturers warranty will cover that!) Taxiing in at Hastings just after nightfall. I like the inviting warm glow of the Hawkes Bay & East Coast aero club off to the right.
