Sundancer
I have just a short question about opening a running thread. When I open a thread with many replies the first (initial) message always has the focus and is showed. Is this defined by the forum software or is it possible to configure this within my local settings (I could not find it b.t.w.) ? To follow these threads on a daily base now I have to scroll towards the end to read the replies. I am also reading other forums where the last (most recent) reply has the focus. I know that both systems have their advantages and disadvanteges, but that's not my point. I just want to know if I can configure it myself and if so how do I do that? Hotspot
It is possible to reverse order on some forums (eg Pprune), but dunno about this one - in the meantime to save wearing out the wheel I usually place the cursor at the bottom or top of the rhs slide and hold the button down - instant 94th or ground floor - going down, Sir? - haberdashery? oh - that's on the forty fifth - cursor half way etc.
JanTenner
Just click on the dot or star left from the threads name. Then you will get to the first unread reply.
Sundancer
Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Didn't know that was possible. Thanks for the hint, Jan! Regards -Fred-
