teecee
The PAPI lights at Launceston no longer work, they show 4 white no matter what your approach height is. Is there any way to fix this?.. . Teecee.
Graham Eccleston
Those PAPI lights are the FSX stock standard ones from the default FSX. If they are not working at Launceston, I would think they are not working at any of your airports. Try disabling the FTX Launceston and see what happens with just the default YMLT airport in place. teecee
I have a heap of airports where the PAPI work, I wondered if I could perhaps DL some working ones from somewhere just for Launnie, as it is and always has been my home base. spud
teecee, just went to Launceston and the PAPI lights are working just fine with my installation. See clickable thumbnails.
teecee
Right.. but you are using the default airport. Try it with the freeware Orbx version of Launceston. Teecee.
spud
OOP! did not know there was a freeware version from ORBX. I'll get it and try that one, thanks teecee.
spud
teecee, installed the free version from ORBX and the PAPI lights work as advertised for me. Screen shots attached. Perhaps a reinstall followed of course with the latest ORBX Library?
