Tracey Thatcher
I found if I unpacked NZSI into it's own folder it no longer asked for the Disk. Also if it still does just point it to the folder you unapcked the zip file to. Tracey

Ian Routley
Hi Banjoman, Tracey is correct. The ENTIRE package must be unzipped before running the installer. I see it is in its own folder from your reply. Have you unzipped it with a 3rd party tool (NOT Windows ZIP support) first? I would suggest 7Zip (mainly because it has always worked for me) You must also ensure that you have sufficient space in the volume you are unpacking it. The "Disk 2" message occurs if you attempt to run the installer from within the ZIP. It is too large, and Windows can;t handle the unpacking and running of the file. The steps would be: 1. Move ZIP to a volume with lots of space 2. Run 7zip to unpack it into a new folder 3. Run the installer from that folder. If you have UAC set, it may be useful not to install onto your desktop. Ian Routley
Might just need to confirm the steps and note any errors at any point. 1) Created New Folder (NOT ON Desktop) ---> Check? 2) Unzipped Package (ZIP) ---> Check? (no errors) 3) Navigate to New unzipped installer folder 4) Run Installer ----> Error Make sure you dont exit the wrapper before the installer has completed. If the file is corrupt it will fail or return an error on the initial unzip. In that case, you would need to re-download it, I'm afraid.

JanTenner
I had this "problem" aswell from time to time. When the installer asks for the CD, simply go to the directory where the files are in. There you can choose the needed file and it should install it.
