Hotkey to view AI aircraft?

Hey team, quick question.

Does anyone know of a way to assign a key to directly view AI traffic?

At the moment I need to click through the menu as follows:

Maybe there's a way to modify the assignments in the "standard.xml" in the "controls" folder?

Expert advice appreciated 

(and yes that is a photo of the screen - I couldn't drive the screen grab app to work with menus open. )

Hi there,

if you have the Deluxe version of FSX you can install the Traffictools SDK, which will give you direct access to active AI through either a list or a "radar" map view. Double-click on the AI of your choice and it'll pop up in a new window. You can then close the main window, if desired, and maximize the AI window; further switching of AI will happen in the same window.

Cool, thanks Holger, I'll give it a go. Will installing and running the Traffictools SDK give much/any of a performance hit?

Not sure if this helps but all I do is with my mouse right click anywhere on the screen and then go down to 'Aircraft View' I think it is and it displays all the traffic. It's the same as what you do except it cuts out using the the menu bar up the top.

Hi squeaker,Just select one AI aircraft as you have shown and then to scroll thru the various AI flights  just  keep hitting the "A" key.hope this helps.cheers

Yep thats how I check out the AI ,  just go to the view youve showed , then yep , the A key works fine for me too.

Or use new view and you get a little window in the corner and cycle through it
