Hotspot Posted August 29, 2011 Share Posted August 29, 2011 Your shots for some obscure reason reminded me of an occurrence at Alice Springs airport in Oz some forty years ago when the tower controllers were confronted by an aircraft hanger/office complex which erupted in a huge explosion, killing the owner, his office staff and the pilot of a Baron whom had been sacked a few days before, who had subsequently stolen the Baron from another airport and flown it at dot feet right into the hanger (unseen by the tower staff) - transmitting as he did 'Death before dishonour' I thought I had expunged it from my memory.
