dexthom
To show the enhancements to Clam Harbor included with the KORS package, KORS needs to be at a higher layer in the scenery config file, above the OzX sceneries. Will there be a fix for this?
dexthom
I have changed layers for KORS and the Library in my Scenery.cfg so that fixes it for me. Unfortunately when I run FTX central again, I will have to re-do this.
Holger Sandmann
Hi Dexter, while I can't speak for the required order of entries KORS vs OZxNA I can tell you that FTX Central has a useful Library Insertion Point feature that allows you to "lock in" a position of the ORBX/FTX block of entries in regards to other add-ons. Please see the PNW manual for more information. Cheers, Holger
dexthom
I am using the insertion point tool and it is handy to maintain scenery positions that are above the Orbx and OZx sceneries. My point is that OZx created scenery for Clam Harbor and when Orbx did KORS, they also did a scenery for Clam Harbor. OZx has to be above Orbx so their NA sceneries will show up, such as Ranger Creek etc. Consequently if the OZx entries in the scenery.cfg installed where it needs to be, the Orbx enhancement to Clam Harbor is replaced. Part of my scenery config: [Area.148] Title=FTX_AA_WA56 Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_WA56 Layer=148 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.149] Title=FTX_AA_KORS Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_KORS Layer=156 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.150] Title=FTX_AA_7S3 Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_7S3 Layer=149 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.151] Title=FTX_AA_3W5 Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_3W5 Layer=150 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.152] Title=FTX_AA_2S1 Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_2S1 Layer=151 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.153] Title=FTX_AA_1S2 Local=ORBX\FTX_NA\FTX_AA_1S2 Layer=152 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.154] Title=FTXAA_ORBXLIBS Local=ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS Layer=157 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.155] Title=OZx_NA Local=OZx\OZx_NA Layer=153 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.156] Title=OZx_LIB Local=OZx\OZx_LIB Layer=154 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.157] Title=OZx_AUS Local=OZx\OZx_AUS Layer=155 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.158] Title=Tongass_Fjords_Lower_Priority Local=D:\FSX\FSAddon\Tongass_Fjords\Tongass_Fjords_Lower_Priority Layer=158 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.159] Title=Tongass_Fjords_Higher_Priority Local=D:\FSX\FSAddon\Tongass_Fjords\Tongass_Fjords_Higher_Priority Layer=159 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.160] Title=Waldronaire Local=D:\FSX\Addon Scenery\Waldronaire Layer=160 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE [Area.161] Title=Dexterville Local=D:\FSX\Addon Scenery\Dexterville Layer=161 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE Notice that I have KORS and the ORBx library at Layers 156 and 157 which is higher that the OZx entries. I hope that I haven't confused the situation, but this works for me.. I thought that you may want to look into this.

dexthom
Thanks for the response, I had done this before but I probably did not catch the two 000 files. I have accomplished the renaming and now I will put the KORS files back to their proper layer. Will give er a test.
dexthom
Well, I put my scenery.cfg back in order, keeps things tidy. All is well, XXX always does the trick. A photo... Thank you for your help
Heiko Glatthorn
Looks like there is still a wrong flatten at work. Did you install OZx after KORS ? The KORS installer will remove all necessary OZx files by itself, but this works of course only when OZx was installed previously. It should be o.k. when you install KORS again (just over your existing install).
