ross1562
Hi, I hope someone on here may be able to help me as the Iris forum will not let me register for some reason. I am after some help from someone who has the Iris Pilatus PC-9 for FSX. I have recently been trying the missions which allow the dropping of smoke bombs or actual bombs. I have set my joystick up so that one button arms them and then one releases them as suggested. Problem is, when i drop one it just seems to blow up without releasing and causes an object collision crash. Can anyone assist or are experiencing the same? IRIS - David Brice
Turn off 'Alllow collisions with other aircraft' in your realism settings when using the droppable ordance. The object spawns at the center of the aircraft when dropped and as such, FS registers it as an object collision.
