Card charged twice for same product due to page refresh

Hallo friends  :)

I just bought Pacific Northwest scenery  ;D.

However during the purchase the connection to the Flight Sim Store was very slow. All pages loaded normally during the purchase process...except the very last screen after the confirmation screen. It just stayed stuck there. I hit refresh and the page still didnt load up. So I closed the browser and re-logged into my FSSS account and saw that the transaction had gone through.

But then I got two conformation emails for Pacific Northwest with different order numbers. My card has been charged twice, probably due to the refresh  :'(

I have opened a ticket but thought I would ask the support forum for help.
