resolved volanta, Installation of simconnect failed

Hallo,

I tried to use volanta with the MSFS in WIN10.

It is telling me everytime i signed in that simconnect is not installed.

Volanta is running but without connection to the sim.

I can´t find any solution to this.

On the discord server they told me, to make a ticket at the support.

Yesterday I submitted a ticket to support but there is no answer until now.

I think, that MSFS has the simconnect integrated?

 

are there any users, who can tell a solution?

Hallo again, 

today I got a Microsoft installation file for simconnect and after installation everything was as expected. Volanta got a connection to the sim.

I don’t know why simconnect was not installed at my MSFS?
