Won't start properly

I lost the use of  MSFS2020 and have re-installed it 4times with no luck. It won't allow me to run it correctly or choose something like options. To do anything I have to press on a choice several times and then sometimes it might connect to my choice. Used to work great. Anyone have any ideas in what to do ?

Hi Gary. I suggest maybe you also ask on the official MSFS forum https://forums.flightsimulator.com/latest. You will get only MSFS user comments here as your query does not pertain to any Orbx addon issue but a MSFS issue.
