active PC 6 Fault with Instrument/Tablet Illumination

Hi, I recently purchased the PC 6 through your system and are experiencing a problem with the rotary switch to increase the  illumination of the instrument/tablet screens. The tablet is unusable and the MFD is almost unusable. I can activate/illuminate the instrument panel rotary switch with the mouse but cannot turn it to increase the illumination to a level that is readable/useful. The MILVIZ site says I should refer tis to you for attention.

Based on what information would the developer of the aircraft advise you to ask for support from Orbx the retailer?
