answered KDCA Ronald Reagan Airport long loading time

Hi all,

is there a way to change that? Extremely long loading times. Had to break off several times. Uninstalling and reinstalling the scene was unsuccessfull. MSFS2020 is up to date, as well everything else. Running Win10. Thanks for advise.

OK thanks, in the meantime I was following your advise, found too late:

1. Delete any rolling cache.

2. Delete the Content.xml file.

(AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Content.xml)

3. Delete the simulator .dat files

(AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes\*.dat)

4. Do not add anything other than the problem product(s) to the Community folder

 

which improved now. I think can be delete this topic or will help other users. Thank you.
