matt9529 Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 Hi team, Just purchased ENCN via Orbx Central. Was in the middle of downloading it and had a power cut, restarted Orbx Central and suddenly started getting corrupt error messages. Now I've tried to complete the installation for ENCN, uninstalling then reinstalling and many other ways and even after Verifying Files I keep getting a message saying it failed to extract 6 files but no way to tell me how to fix this! Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder. Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function. Then try reinstalling.
